During the examination of the crime scene, the identity of the deceased was established — he was a citizen A. R., born in 1976. Based on the collected data, a criminal case was initiated under Article 122 (Murder) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Investigative actions, including operational search activities, were conducted using the video cameras of the "Safe City" system. As a result, the police managed to detain the suspect — B. u. K., born in 1996, in the territory of the Kochkor district during the establishment of checkpoints. He was taken to the Investigative Service and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek.
It has been preliminarily established that a conflict arose between the suspect and the victim during the consumption of alcoholic beverages, which escalated into a fight. During this scuffle, the suspect inflicted fatal bodily injuries on the victim.
The investigation is ongoing, necessary forensic examinations have been appointed, and all details of the incident are being established.
