The Beginning of the Tragedy
In the Jalal-Abad region, in the Suzak district, a terrible incident occurred: a man killed his wife. This information was confirmed by the staff of the regional internal affairs department.
According to the police, on January 3, a call was received at the "102" service from a man born in 1990. He reported that around 19:55, during a family quarrel, he killed his wife, who was born in 1997.
The incident was recorded in the Unified Register of Crimes under Article 122 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and a criminal case was initiated against the suspect.
Police officers examined the crime scene and found a kitchen knife, which was seized as evidence.
Investigative actions revealed that the suspect returned home on January 2 from Russia, where he had been working. The next day, a conflict arose between the spouses, during which he inflicted several stab wounds to his wife's chest area, resulting in her death.
By the decision of the Suzak District Court on January 4, 2026, the suspect was taken into custody.
