According to law enforcement information, the incident occurred on December 30, 2025, around 03:30. The duty unit of the OVD in the city of Balykchy received a signal via the 112 service that an unknown person had stolen the black Mitsubishi Pajero belonging to citizen S.A., born in 1996, which was parked.
The fact of the theft was registered, and a criminal case was initiated regarding the incident under Article 211 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which pertains to the theft of motor vehicles.
As a result of operational activities conducted by the officers of the Balykchy GOVD, the stolen vehicle was found in the territory of Balykchy; however, the suspect managed to escape while trying to eliminate evidence.
During further actions, K.D., born in 1992, a resident of the Ton district, was detained.
The preliminary interrogation confirmed the guilt of the detainee, which was also corroborated by other collected evidence.
Currently, investigative activities are ongoing.
