According to information provided by the Traffic Safety Department of the Jalal-Abad region, the incident occurred on January 6 near the high-rise buildings on T. Bayzakov Street. One of the local residents reported to the police that his car, parked near his home, had been stolen by unknown individuals.
After registering this fact, operational-search activities were initiated. As a result, on January 8, officers from the Manas City Department of Internal Affairs detained the suspect — a young man named M. U. A., born in 2011, who is also a resident of Manas, and brought him to the investigative operational group.
Currently, necessary investigative actions are being conducted.
