An incident occurred early this morning in Bishkek at the intersection of Jibek-Jolu Avenue and Osmonkul Street. An unknown man, threatening with a gun, got into a conflict with another driver and then fled the scene.
According to information from the Sverdlovsk District Department of Internal Affairs, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 280 (Hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities, the suspect was identified — citizen S.F., born in 1975. Currently, all necessary investigative actions are being carried out in the criminal case. The gun used in the conflict, which turned out to be a gas pneumatic weapon, has been seized and sent for examination.
The suspect has already been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Department of Internal Affairs. The investigation is ongoing.
