The video’s author explained that both cars were turning from Osmonkula Street onto Jibek Jolu Avenue. According to him, one of the drivers had an obstruction on the right and cut off the other. “After a brief exchange, he caught up with us and started threatening,” he added.
According to the press service of the Sverdlovsk District Internal Affairs Department, the incident occurred on the morning of January 14. An initial investigation is currently underway to establish the identity of the man who made the threats.
