A video has surfaced on the internet showing a man expressing his dissatisfaction during an argument with neighbors, using profanity. Witnesses say the conflict was triggered by the installation of surveillance cameras.

It has been reported that this individual opposed the installation of the cameras and entered into a dispute with the workers responsible for the equipment installation, as well as with the building manager. The video shows him attempting to damage a ladder during his protest.

The incident was recorded in the automated information system of the Housing and Utilities Department of the Lenin District Police. The detained individual was identified as Y. M., born in 1997, who was taken to the local police station.

A protocol was drawn up against him under Article 126 "Minor Hooliganism" of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. Following this, the man was placed in a temporary detention cell.

The Lenin District Police noted that the use of profanity and aggressive behavior in public places can lead to legal liability under the current legislation of Kyrgyzstan.
