According to the press service of the Lenin District Department of Internal Affairs on January 14, the incident occurred at the final stop of bus No. 100 and was triggered by a road conflict.
In connection with this incident, a preliminary investigation has been initiated, during which a 33-year-old man, N.I., was brought to the police station.
A protocol was drawn up against him under Article 126 ("Petty Hooliganism") of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. After the paperwork was completed, the man was placed in a temporary detention cell.
Additionally, a pneumatic pistol was seized from the detainee.
