According to information received by the police, at half past seven in the morning on December 29, 2025, law enforcement received a report from a woman living in the village of Nizhne-Chuyskoye. She reported that Rinat was knocking on her window, demanding that she come out, during which he hit and insulted the 41-year-old victim.
A protocol was drawn up against the man for violating public order. During the court proceedings, he fully admitted his guilt and explained that he had come to his acquaintance asking her to wash his jacket, which is why he started knocking on the window. However, when the woman scolded him, it provoked his anger, and he began to insult her.
As a result, the court found him guilty under Article 126 ("Minor Hooliganism") of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, imposing a fine of 5,500 soms.
