Law enforcement officers, while investigating the matter, identified and detained the man involved in the conflict. He turned out to be N.I., born in 1990. The detainee was taken to the district internal affairs office, where a protocol was drawn up against him under Article 126 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning petty hooliganism. After the paperwork was completed, the man was placed in a temporary detention cell.
During the search, a pneumatic pistol was discovered and seized from the detainee.
