A forensic investigative team was dispatched to the scene. A. Zh. filed a statement, explaining that on January 12, unknown individuals attacked his underage son with a knife near their home in "Ak-Ordo".
A preliminary medical examination revealed that the teenager had an open wound on his thigh and several cuts on his left arm and lower back.
In connection with the incident, the investigative service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District initiated a criminal case under Article 280 "Hooliganism" of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan. Necessary examinations have been appointed.
Suspects.
As a result of operational activities, the identities of the suspects were established — I. A. and T. T., both born in 2003. They were detained and taken to the investigative service, after which they were placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Internal Affairs Department in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The investigation is ongoing.
