As reported by the First May District Department of Internal Affairs, on January 6 at 4:18 AM, a citizen named E.M. reported to them. He stated that strangers had broken the window of his Honda Fit, beaten him, and inflicted a knife wound to his thigh. After that, the criminals stole his car, damaging it, and also took his Xiaomi Poco X4 Pro 5G mobile phone, worth 23,000 soms.
It was revealed that the victim's acquaintance, citizen A.R., was forcibly placed in a white Hyundai Sonata and taken away in an unknown direction, having his mobile phone taken from him.
A criminal case has been initiated on this fact under Article 207 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (robbery).
During operational activities, officers of the Main Department of Internal Affairs and the First May District Department of Internal Affairs managed to detain the suspects: E.T. (born in 2007), U.D. (2006), M.A. (2007), A.T. (2009), M.T. (2009), J.R. (2009), and A.R. (2007). All detainees were placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Investigative actions are ongoing, and after the investigation is completed, a legal assessment of the actions of the detainees will be provided.
