On the night of January 13, 2026, at around 00:30, a girl named S.A., born in 2007 and living in the village of Kozhomkul, approached the Sokuluk District Internal Affairs Department. In her statement, she reported that at the specified time, a person she barely knew, who introduced himself as "N," and his friend came to her. They used physical force to compel her to get into a "Step Wagon" car with the intention of forcibly marrying her. This information was provided by the Main Internal Affairs Department of Chuy Region.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding this incident under Article 172 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the kidnapping of a person for the purpose of marriage.
As a result of operational search activities conducted by police officers, the suspects were identified and detained: B.N., born in 2001, and Sh.N., born in 2002. They are currently in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation process is currently ongoing.
