According to the Drug Control Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, on January 13, four individuals suspected of selling hashish were detained in Osh.
The operation to apprehend them was carried out at the moment the accused attempted to sell the narcotic substance. A criminal case has been initiated under Article 282 ("Illegal production of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogs for the purpose of sale") of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
During the investigative actions, searches were conducted at the homes of the detainees, resulting in the seizure of: hashish, a smoothbore firearm of the RETDY brand without the necessary documents, as well as cash amounting to 1 million 19 thousand 400 soms and 150 US dollars.
The detainees: K.A.A. (born in 1980), A.R.H. (born in 1986), Y.H.V. (born in 1982), and A.M.A. (born in 1963) have been placed in a pre-trial detention center.
