As a result of these actions, one of the detainees, citizen A.B., sustained serious injuries.
According to the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office, on January 5, 2026, the Prosecutor's Office of the Osh region initiated a criminal case under Articles 130 Part 3 Item 2 and 338 Part 2 Item 4 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The case was transferred to the investigative department of the State National Security Committee, where further investigation will be conducted.
At the moment, three police officers have been taken into custody: S.H., A.A., and I.K. The court has ordered their detention for two months, during which the necessary investigative actions will be carried out.
