According to the investigation, on the night of January 25, the criminals broke into the home of a 79-year-old pensioner, beat him, tied his hands and feet, and then stole 165,000 soms from a safe and a Samsung mobile phone before fleeing the scene of the crime.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding this incident under Article 207 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Robbery).
As a result of operational activities, three individuals were detained: B.M. (born in 1995), Z.A. (also born in 1995), and R.M. (born in 1978), who were placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation established that the attack was organized by a relative of the pensioner, who is the son of his former wife. According to law enforcement agencies, the suspects hoped to find a large sum of money in the safe, presumably obtained from the sale of a land plot, but the majority of the money was in a deposit account.
The investigation is ongoing, and necessary investigative actions are being carried out.
