The attackers used physical violence, threatening the life and health of the victim. They inflicted bodily harm on him and tied his hands and feet with rope, as reported by the Main Internal Affairs Department of Chui Region.
The criminals seized 165,000 soms in cash, which was kept in a safe, as well as a Samsung mobile phone. After committing the crime, they fled the scene.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 207 (Robbery) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational-search activities, employees of the Main Department for Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Organized Crime Unit of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Chui Region, and the Toktogul District Police Department were able to identify the suspects. They turned out to be citizens B.M. and J.A., both born in 1995, as well as R.M., born in 1978. All of them were detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the organizer of the attack is a relative of the victim from his ex-wife's side, with whom he is currently divorced. The suspects believed that a large sum of money from the sale of a land share was kept in the victim's safe; however, in reality, most of the funds were in a bank deposit.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing, aimed at a comprehensive and objective investigation of the incident.
