It became known that on December 19, 2025, T. K., born in 1994, reported to law enforcement about an attack. He stated that on December 16, at the self-service car wash Legacy, located on Trudovaya Street in Kainy, he was attacked by unknown individuals. According to him, they acted as a group and inflicted bodily harm on him out of hooligan motives.
The fact of the attack was recorded, and a forensic medical examination was appointed, which confirmed that the victim had suffered less serious harm to health.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding this incident under Article 131 "Causing less serious harm to health" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Suspects.
As a result of operational-search activities, the police were able to identify the suspects, born in 1986 and 1989, and bring them to the police department. After conducting the necessary investigative actions, they were detained and placed in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
