On January 18, 2026, a woman named S.A., born in 1986, approached the police station in the city of Tokmok. She reported that on January 17 at 21:00, near the "Atake" store, unknown men named E and A forcibly put her minor daughter, I.T., born in 2008, into a white Hyundai Grandeur. This information was provided to the Main Internal Affairs Department of the Chui region.
According to S.A., her daughter was subjected to violence: the perpetrators moved her to various locations, inflicting bodily injuries, including stab wounds with a sharp object, as well as choking her and attempting to take her life.
Later, the minor was left near the "Zhannat" hotel, located in the village of Chui in the Chui region. In connection with this incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (kidnapping).
As a result of operational actions, police officers managed to identify the suspects — A.E. (born in 1993) and A.A. (born in 1994). Both were detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
All necessary examinations have been appointed within the framework of the criminal case, and the investigation is ongoing.
