According to the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui Region, suspects in a kidnapping case were detained in Tokmok. On January 18, a woman named S. A., born in 1986, reported to the local internal affairs department.
She stated that the day before, around 21:00, her minor daughter I. T., born in 2008, was forcibly placed into a white Hyundai Grandeur by two acquaintances, E. and A., near the "Atake" store.
According to the mother, the kidnappers moved her daughter to various locations, inflicted bodily harm and stab wounds using a sharp object, and also attempted to suffocate and take her life. Ultimately, the minor was left near the "Zhannat" hotel in the Chui region.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case was initiated by the police under the article "Kidnapping of a person".
Shortly after this, the suspects were detained: A. E., born in 1993, and A. A., born in 1994. They have been placed in a temporary detention facility, and forensic examinations have been appointed for the case. The investigation is ongoing.
