On January 15, during the daytime, the Internal Affairs Department of the Alamudun District received a report that the body of a man, Sh.A., born in 1973, had been found in a house in the village of Tash-Döbö.
Information regarding this incident was registered, and an investigative operational group was dispatched to the scene.
The preliminary investigation revealed that on January 14, around 7:00 PM, Sh.A. was at home with citizen P.S., born in 1971, citizen T.U., born in 1993, and an acquaintance named Z., consuming alcohol.
As a result of a conflict that arose among the participants, Sh.A. and P.S. sustained various bodily injuries, presumably from blows inflicted by citizens T.U. and Z.
The body of the deceased was sent to the morgue for examination and to determine the severity of the injuries sustained. Citizen P.S. was hospitalized at City Clinical Hospital No. 4 in Bishkek with various wounds.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 122 (Murder) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Police officers detained the suspect T.U., born in 1993, who was placed in a temporary detention facility.
All necessary forensic medical examinations have been appointed as part of the criminal case. The investigation is ongoing.
