In particular, in the third paragraph of paragraph 3, the phrase “in agreement with the founder” was replaced with “in agreement with the authorized state body for the management of state property.”
This means that now the coordination of certain management decisions for the state enterprise “Kyrgyztransneftegaz” will occur not with the founder — the Ministry of Energy — but with the body responsible for managing state property.
These changes are aimed at improving the management of the state enterprise and aligning its activities with modern standards of state asset management.
The new version of the resolution will come into effect ten days after its official publication.
