Comparing with January 2025, the physical volume index in this sector increased to 112.0%, indicating growth in production.
The largest share in the structure of the manufacturing industry is occupied by the production of basic metals and finished metal products (excluding machinery and equipment) — 34,101.2 million soms, which corresponds to 66.6% of the total volume. Food products (including beverages) and tobacco products became the second most significant sector, amounting to 8,091.6 million soms (15.8%).
The production volume of rubber and plastic products, as well as non-metallic mineral products, reached 4,144.0 million soms (8.1%). The output of refined petroleum products reached 2,113.7 million soms (4.1%). Additionally, textile production, including clothing, footwear, and leather goods, amounted to 1,172.5 million soms (2.3%).
