This document was introduced to improve the maintenance and operation of tunnels. It also presents a list of structures for which the toll will be charged, as well as the rates and procedures for payment.
For vehicles with state registration plates from Kyrgyzstan and EAEU countries, the toll for passing through the tunnels on the Bishkek–Osh road will be:
- 50 soms for passenger cars (category M1),
- 100 soms for M2, as well as N1 and wheeled tractors (T5),
- 150 soms for M3 and N2,
- 250 soms for trucks N3,
- 500 soms for N3O3, N3O4, and oversized tractors (T4.2) — including trailers over 3.5 tons.
As for the Kok-Art tunnel on the alternative North–South road, the rates will be as follows:
- from 100 soms for M1 to 1000 soms for categories N3O3/N3O4 and T4.2.
Separate rates are provided for vehicles with foreign and transit registration plates:
- 200 soms for M1,
- 1000 soms for M2/N1/T5,
- 1500 soms for M3/N2,
- 3000 soms for N3,
- 5000 soms for N3O3/N3O4 and T4.2.
The new resolution cancels previous decisions of the Cabinet regarding tolls for passing through tunnels on the Bishkek–Osh highway (Resolutions No. 638 dated December 5, 2023, and No. 677 dated November 12, 2024).
The new tolls will come into effect 15 days after official publication (newspaper "Erkin Too" dated February 27, 2026, No. 15).

State registration plates from EAEU countries include vehicles from Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Russia.
