During the inspection of compliance with land legislation by the prosecutor's office of the Alamudun district, located in the Chuy region, it was established that in 2006 an illegal sale of a land plot of 10.72 hectares was carried out. This plot is located in the territory of the Tash-Dobon rural district. Relevant information was published by the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

As a result of the conducted inspection, a prosecutor's response act was drawn up, which facilitated the return of the plot of 10.72 hectares, valued at 9 billion 161 million 526 thousand 400 soms, back to state ownership.
