According to the information, the agreement was signed by Muratbek Begaliev, the director of the theatre, and Marjan Katarovski, the director of the center.

It also provides for the invitation of directors, conductors, soloists, as well as artists from choirs and orchestras to participate in joint projects. An important aspect of the agreement is the field of professional education, including the conduct of master classes, internships, and educational programs, professional development of specialists, and exchange of scientific publications and research, as stated in the press release.
This agreement aims to strengthen international creative ties, promote Kyrgyz opera and ballet arts on the world stage, and develop cultural diplomacy. The memorandum is valid for five years with the possibility of automatic renewal.
