According to information on the government procurement portal, 1.5 million soms are planned to be allocated for these needs.
The technical specifications list cultural events for which hosting services are required, including:
- Flag Day of the Kyrgyz Republic (March 3);
- Nooruz (March 21);
- the "Red Carnation" festival (May);
- the "Young Talents - 2026" competition (April);
- Bishkek City Day (April 29);
- Victory Day (May 9);
- the "Musical Evenings Under the Open Sky" project (May-September);
- Independence Day of the Kyrgyz Republic (August 31);
- the lighting of the New Year tree (December);
- New Year's Eve celebration (December 31) and other events.
It is also noted that additional events may arise throughout the year, so tender participants should consider potential additional expenses.
The acceptance of proposals from suppliers will end on March 11.
