The areas affected include:
- Lermontov, Auezov, Shabdan Baatyr, and Kolbaev streets, as well as the TETS-Tokmak canal;
- The "Alamedin-1" microdistrict and the Builders' Town.
The reason for the water supply shutdown is the reconstruction work at the "Kadjisay" water intake and the modernization of the city's water supply networks.
