The action took place on January 17 and 18, when the weather worsened significantly, creating a need for support for citizens who found themselves in difficult situations.
“At the direction of the head of the district department of internal affairs, Colonel of Police Talgara Mambetkazieva, our officers are patrolling the areas and internal streets, providing assistance to those who are in challenging circumstances. In particular, we are transporting homeless individuals to temporary shelters in Kara-Balta, as well as assisting drivers and pedestrians to prevent hypothermia and other emergency situations. Additionally, we have increased control over compliance with traffic rules in dangerous areas, conducting preventive measures to avoid traffic accidents and regulating traffic,” the statement notes.
Currently, three mobile groups have been established, tasked with monitoring all aiyl aimaks in the district.
