In early January of this year, it was established in the Panfilov district of the Chui region that five drivers were operating vehicles while under the influence of alcohol. This was reported by the press service of the Traffic Safety Department of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region, informing the correspondent of Turmush.
According to the agency's information, during the winter period, control over compliance with traffic rules has been significantly intensified, and explanatory activities are being conducted among drivers.
“During the raid actions organized by the inspectors of the Panfilov district, 190 administrative protocols were drawn up. Among the violators were five drivers who were in a state of alcohol intoxication; their vehicles were placed in a penalty parking lot,” the official statement said.
In addition, the department for ensuring road safety in this district noted that inspections are conducted daily, and control over compliance with traffic rules remains at a high level.
