Absent from the Tax Service Reports
The declaration of the Chairman of the State National Security Committee and Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Kamchybek Tashiev, is absent, as it was last year.The tax authorities publish on their website only "summary information about the incomes, expenditures, and property of individuals holding political, special, and senior administrative positions, as well as their close relatives, excluding those whose activities are related to ensuring national security."
According to information from Kaktus.media, employees of the State National Security Committee are required to submit income and expenditure declarations, as stated in the law. However, according to their Law "On the National Security Bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic," employees of the State National Security Committee are not obliged to disclose this information publicly.
Data on the declaration of the Minister of Defense, Ruslan Mukambetov, is also absent. Additionally, there is no report on the incomes and expenditures of the Minister of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies of the Kyrgyz Republic, Azamat Zhamangulov, as his appointment took place only in 2025.
