According to her, the criminals, posing as employees of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) and banks, contacted her via WhatsApp. Using deception and psychological pressure, they provided instructions for conducting various financial transactions.
Under Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the detainees have been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department.
At present, police officers continue to conduct operational-search activities and technical actions to identify other participants in the crime, as well as to gather additional evidence necessary for a complete and objective investigation.
