The athlete from Kyrgyzstan, Symbat Uraimjanova, has successfully advanced to the next stage of the international boxing tournament taking place in Bangkok, Thailand.

The competition, called the World Boxing Futures Cup, is held for participants under the age of 19.

Symbat competes in the weight category up to 60 kg, where 29 female boxers are registered.

On March 10, she began her performances in the 1/16 finals, facing an opponent from Morocco.

Right at the start of the fight, in the first minute, Uraimjanova sent her opponent to the canvas twice, and in the second minute, the referee decided to stop the bout.

Thus, the Kyrgyzstani athlete claimed victory and will now fight in the next round, which will take place on March 12 against a Polish athlete.
