Exchange rates as of February 3

As of February 3, 2026, the National Bank has published the official exchange rates of foreign currencies against the som. Notably, compared to the data from January 31, 2026, the following changes have been observed:

- 1 US dollar (USD) remains at 87.45 soms (no change)
- 1 euro (EUR) decreased from 104.3891 to 103.6370 soms
- 1 Russian ruble (RUB) decreased from 1.1589 to 1.1449 soms
- 1 Kazakh tenge (KZT) decreased from 0.1746 to 0.1733 soms
- 1 Chinese yuan (CNY) slightly dropped from 12.5856 to 12.5805 soms

In commercial banks, the average purchase price of the US currency is 87.32 soms, while the selling price is 87.78 soms. As for the Russian ruble, it is bought in banks at an average of 1.12 soms and sold at 1.16 soms.
