In response, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture Bakyt Torobaev noted that the possibility of covering transportation costs for farmers when exporting beans is currently being considered. "We are only discussing this topic; a final decision has not yet been made," he clarified.
Additionally, Torobaev reported that the issue of implementing fumigation and packaging of beans to increase their market value had already been raised. The deputy also made a request for the construction of a BDR, to which the minister replied that the possibility of implementing eight relevant facilities in the Talas region is being considered.
The meeting also included information from the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic regarding preparations for spring field and economic activities in 2026.
