An extended meeting was held at the Ministry of Economy and Commerce dedicated to measures supporting the textile industry, organized at the request of President Sadyr Japarov on January 21, 2026. The meeting was attended by Deputy Ministers of Economy and Commerce Iskender Asylkulov and Benazir Nurlanova, as well as representatives of relevant government structures and businesses.
During the event, the results of the work of government agencies and the measures taken to implement the president's directives were presented.
As a result of the discussions, decisions were made on several key issues:
- ensuring funding for logistics corridors;
- improving export conditions for textile products;
- addressing issues of attracting foreign specialists;
- creating a modern industry laboratory.
