Jarkynbek Sagyndykov has been appointed as the head, who previously held key positions at OJSC "Bakay Bank" and was also the chairman of the board of OJSC "Commercial Bank 'Kyrgyzstan'" (now MBANK) and the bank "Bai-Tushum."
The license for the establishment of JSC "Berekett Bank" was issued by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic on October 10, 2025. The official registration of the bank in the Ministry of Justice took place on October 20, 2025, and it will engage in commercial activities.
