In 2025, the State Agency for Personal Data Protection recorded the receipt of 27,107 applications for registration in the Register of Holders of Personal Data Arrays.
Of the total number of applications:
- 24,210 were received from commercial entities;
- 2,096 from government institutions;
- 801 applications were submitted by municipal organizations.
As of December 22, 2025, out of all submitted applications, 22,162 were approved, 4,865 were rejected, and 80 applications are still under review.
According to the agency, the high proportion of approved applications indicates the growing responsibility of organizations and their active desire to comply with legislative requirements in the field of personal data processing.
The Register also offers new opportunities for citizens, allowing them to obtain information about which specific personal data is held by organizations, how this data is processed, where it may be transferred, and for how long it is stored.
Additionally, as part of its consulting work, agency specialists responded to 368 inquiries from citizens and organizations regarding registration in the register, providing necessary clarifications and practical assistance.
