For Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and Tajikistan, the Agreement on the Development of Heavy Machinery in the CIS Comes into Force

- On February 13, the Agreement on Cooperation of the CIS Member States regarding the development of heavy machine engineering comes into force, as reported by the CIS Executive Committee.

This agreement will take effect for Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and Tajikistan.

The document was signed on June 5, 2025, at a meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the CIS, which was attended by representatives from Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.

The purpose of the agreement is to stimulate industrial production in the field of heavy machine engineering, including the implementation of innovative solutions in resource conservation and environmental safety.
