The Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Finance have been appointed responsible for the implementation of this plan, with agreements from the National Bank, OJSC "Aiyl Bank," OJSC "Eldik Bank," and OJSC "State Development Bank." Funding for these initiatives will be provided from the republican budget.
