According to reports from the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek, the damage amounts to 2,400,000 soms. A criminal case has been initiated on this matter under Article 209 (fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic by the investigative service of the Lenin District Internal Affairs Department.
The suspect, B. E., born in 1984, was detained by police officers and placed in the Investigative Service. In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, he was sent to the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek.
The first suspect, M. N., was detained on January 15, 2026, and is currently in custody.
The investigation is ongoing.
