The party to this transaction is LLC "Altyn Emgek," located in Bishkek at 10 microdistrict, building 22/134.
The conclusion of the contract was made possible by the decision of the sole shareholder of JSC "Tündük," who is the Minister of the Ministry of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to document No. 9 dated February 10, 2026.
