As noted by Chynara Satyndieva, head of the methodological department of the district education department, a district stage of the olympiad was held earlier, in which 338 students participated. Those who took the prize-winning 1st and 2nd places were invited to the regional competition.
Among the prize winners of the regional olympiad:
1st place in English — Fatima Aibekovna Jumadilova, an 11th-grade student of the Esengul Karasartov Secondary School in the village of Bayetov;
2nd place in Geography — Mirzat Kushtarbekovna Satarova, an 11th-grade student of the Ergash Meymanov Secondary School in the village of Kosh-Döbö;
2nd place in Russian Language and Literature — Nuriya Avazbekovna Azimkanova, a student of the Suymbek Atambekov Secondary School in the village of Kyzyl-Beles;
2nd place in Kyrgyz Language and Literature — Kanayim Nurlanbekovna Nurlanbekova, an 11th-grade student of the Bakiy Musuralieva Secondary School in the village of Kainy-Bulak;
3rd place in History — Amanbү Ulanbekovna Ulanbekova, a 10th-grade student of the Ergash Meymanov Secondary School in the village of Kosh-Döbö;
3rd place in Chemistry — Aigerim Toichubekovna Ömürzakova, an 11th-grade student of the Ergash Meymanov Secondary School in the village of Kosh-Döbö.
Four out of the six prize winners who took 1st and 2nd places received the opportunity to participate in the republican olympiad.
