The Ministry of Transport of Kyrgyzstan has reported that traffic on all road routes and passes in the country is proceeding without any restrictions.
As of February 4, the following sections are open:
- the Chyyrchyk, Taldyk, and Ton-Murun passes on the Osh–Sary-Tash–Erketcham route;
- the Chapchima pass on the Ala-Buka–Zhanı-Bazar–Kirovka road;
- the Too-Ashuu, Ala-Bel, and Kok-Bel passes on the Bishkek–Osh route;
- the Boom Gorge;
- the Myrzake–Kara-Kulja–Alaiku road;
- the Dolon, Char, Ak-Beyit, Tuz-Bel, Kubak, and Kyzyl-Bel passes on the Bishkek–Naryn–Torugart route;
- the Otmok pass on the Taraz–Talas–Suusamyr route.
The ministry also advises long-distance drivers to strictly adhere to traffic rules and take current weather conditions into account.
