According to the fund's information, citizens are most often interested in issues related to the increase and indexing of pensions, as well as the correctness of calculations and payments from the accumulative pension fund (GNPPF).
Ways in which citizens made inquiries:

* Mobile hotline — 335;
* Oral inquiries — 80;
* Written inquiries — 37;
* Personal meetings with management — 10.
