The employees of the State Customs Service of the Kyrgyz Republic stopped an attempt to illegally import gold jewelry from EAEU countries at the international airport "Osh." This was reported by the press service of the tax service.
During the raid control, tax officials discovered that gold items — rings, earrings, and chains worth over 1 million soms were being attempted to be brought into the country without the necessary accompanying documents.
Relevant acts were drawn up regarding this incident, and the materials of the inspection were sent to the prosecutor's office for further legal assessment and necessary actions.
