Hair dryers and curling irons were found without the necessary documents
A recent operation conducted by the staff of the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic resulted in the interception of the illegal import of electrical devices into the country.
According to the agency, at the goods accounting point located near the "Ak-Zhol" checkpoint on the Kyrgyz-Kazakh border, two vehicles were detained that were transporting Dyson brand electrical appliances without the required accompanying documents.
These vehicles contained 44 hair dryers and 66 curling irons. According to preliminary estimates, the total value of the seized products exceeded 5 million soms.
Relevant reports were drawn up regarding this incident, and the vehicles were placed in a penalty parking lot.
