The employees of the State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan stopped an attempt to illegally import electrical devices into the country, as reported by the organization's press service.
The incident occurred at the "Ak-Zhol" checkpoint located on the Kyrgyz-Kazakh border. During the inspection, two vehicles were detained that were transporting Dyson electrical appliances without the necessary accompanying documents.
The seized cargo included 44 hair dryers and 66 curling irons, with a total estimated value exceeding 5 million soms.
In connection with the identified violation, appropriate reports were drawn up, and the vehicles were sent to the impound lot.
