On March 6, as part of the official event, the focus was on supporting women who need social assistance. Among those honored were mothers of many children, labor veterans, as well as heads of organizations and enterprises. More than 60 women received commemorative gifts from the local administration.
The main event was held at the district House of Culture, named after Kaipbek Sultangaziev. About 300 local women gathered for the concert dedicated to the holiday. Guests were offered an extensive cultural program, and each participant received flowers as a gift.
