A new list includes more than 100 professions from various fields
The Cabinet of Ministers has approved a new list of professions whose representatives' work is considered special due to specific conditions and workloads. This decision was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet, Adylbek Kasymaliev.
The document regulates working hours for employees in these professions, taking into account their labor complexity and intensity. This step has become part of the new edition of the Labor Code.
The new list includes more than 100 different professions for which special working time norms are provided, differing from the general rules.
The aim of adopting this resolution is to protect the labor rights of employees, prevent overwork, and improve the regulation of working hours, which, in turn, should enhance the efficiency of labor organization.
It is expected that the implementation of this document will lead to improved working conditions and ensure compliance with labor legislation.
